Craig is well known in the health and safety sector. He was Secretariat Lead for the Independent Taskforce on Workplace Health and Safety. Subsequently, Craig assisted the Establishment Board of WorkSafe New Zealand to develop the agency's first Statement of Intent. Most recently, he has been helping WorkSafe on its approach to its role as regulator. Previously, Craig worked for the Department of Labour as Chief Adviser, Employment Relations and Strategic Adviser to the Deputy Chief Executive, Health and Safety.

Philip leads the day to day operation of HASANZ and the implementation of its business strategy. He has a broad background in both the public and private sectors with extensive leadership experience across a range of membership, government, industry training and commercial organisations. When Chief Executive of InfraTrain New Zealand he chaired the Built Environment Training Alliance (BETA) and was closely involved in building capability in the high-risk infrastructure construction industry for the Christchurch rebuild. This spurred his active interest in promoting workplace health and safety.

Karen is responsible for the delivery of key projects, including the HASANZ Register - the first national, online register of workplace health and safety professionals. She has a solid background in service delivery and project management in the UK in the telecommunications industry and 15 years' experience in New Zealand's energy sector, ranging from advising on workplace H&S compliance to leading the Business team at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
