We are reaching out to people across the NZ sectors to give them a voice on how HFE can best support them. This project is funded by WorkSafe and HASANZ, which aims to further develop the capacity of the Human Factors/Ergonomics profession and support the improvement of safety, performance and well-being in New Zealand. 

The initial goal is to identify where the gaps and needs in HFE are across the NZ sectors using an anonymous questionnaire survey. This feedback will guide the development of HFE resources for NZ industry.
