Registration

The HASANZ 2024 Conference will be held at the Tākina Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wellington from 18 to 20 September 2024.

 



*Group rate is applicable for groups of 3 or more delegates. Prices are per person. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange this group booking.

We are a tax-registered entity in New Zealand, so all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are excluding GST (15%).

  • Early Bird Deadline: 28 June 2024
  • Cancellation Deadline: 24 July 2024

Full Registration Includes: 
- Admission to all conference sessions.
- All morning & afternoon teas and lunches.
- Welcome function on Wednesday 18 September 2024.
- Conference Dinner tickets are available to purchase at a cost of $130 (excl GST).

Full Registration Excludes
-Accommodation - please visit the accommodation page for suggestions.
-Travel and transfers.

Day Registration Includes: 
- Admission to all conference sessions on chosen day.
- Morning & afternoon tea and lunch on chosen day.
- Welcome function tickets are available to purchase at a cost of $70 (excl GST).
- Conference Dinner tickets are available to purchase at a cost of $130 (excl GST).


Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration [email protected].

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before 24  July 2024 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 24 July 2024 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
