This is a paid fixed-term H&S Administrator role within the People Experience team, supporting a major Health, Safety & Wellbeing uplift programme across the business. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in workplace Health & Safety, HR, and organisational improvement.
Some of the standout aspects of the role include:
• Paid opportunity with real hands-on experience in a large New Zealand organisation
• Exposure to a large-scale business-wide H&S transformation programme
• Opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
• Involvement in projects spanning incident management, training and capability, onboarding, emergency management, and wellbeing initiatives

The team is looking for someone organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment. Prior Health & Safety experience isn’t essential; attitude, initiative, and strong coordination skills are key.
